Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong internships and/or college work/extracurricular experience in marketing, influencer marketing, social media and/or talent management
- Interest in the influencer marketing and management industry
Description
Of Note is looking for an ambitious, organized and passionate individual to join our growing team. The Talent Coordinator reports to a Talent Manager and assists on day-to-day organization and campaign coordination for a roster of Of Note creators. The team member acts as a support person, handling day to day activities and content calendars for talent, liaising with brand partners and managing campaign schedules. Candidates should have an interest and knowledge of lifestyle influencers, an entrepreneurial spirit and strong creativity and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Campaign coordination between brand partner and talent client to execute campaigns
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and brand partners
- Keep client database and documents up to date and organized
- Keep up to date with social media trends and popular partnerships on all social platforms
- Gather and deliver analytics to send to brand partners once client campaigns complete
- Draft weekly client report emails, bi-weekly call agendas, and bi-yearly reports
- Research and find appropriate brand contacts for brand partnerships of interest and outreach
- Assist in building out short-term and long-term strategy for clients
- Keep track of outstanding contracts for the talent managers to redlines/sign and save down in the drive
- Help in sourcing potential new talent to sign to the Of Note roster (management or creator strategy)
